All orders ship via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Any overages of $2 or more will be refunded back to the buyer.
Please note that once your package has been received by the USPS, I release all responsibility to the post office for delivery. Unfortunately, I have no control over the post office for delays or lost packages that may happen. If you'd like to purchase insurance for your items please contact me prior to placing your order. If you feel your package has been lost please reach out to USPS with your tracking number. Thank you for your understanding!
When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Please note that all of my products are made to order, so while I do my best to get your order to you as soon as I can, there are peak times when it may take an additional day or so.
Wholesale orders ship in 5-7 business days, unless noted otherwise on the product page.
